We're seeking a dynamic RTO Coordinator to join our team to ensure the compliance of Communicare’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO). You will be the driving force behind our training initiatives, to be instrumental in ensuring seamless leadership, meticulous management, and ensuring compliance within our RTO framework.

The RTO Coordinator will ensure Communicare’s RTO provides quality training and growth in industry-based training opportunities in line with the organisation’s strategic vision. The role is focused on providing a positive client experience for all stakeholders accessing training programs with a commitment to continuous quality improvement.

In this role you will manage Communicare’s Registered Training Organisation (RTO) including but not limited to Auspice Schools, Mentor4u and Jobs and Skills program.

This position will be offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 60.8 hours per fortnight. As this program runs from multiple locations, you will have the flexibility to work at Rockingham, Cannington, or Midland.

Selection Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Learning and Development, Human Resources Management, or related discipline.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Essential)
  • Experience in a similar role providing operational management of an RTO, including experience using Student Management System such as VETtrak.
  • Advanced computing, numeracy, and literacy skills.
  • Advanced communication (written, verbal and public speaking), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships and alliances with individuals and groups.
  • Advanced people management skills, including the ability to lead and manage people and resources to achieve consistent outcomes.
  • Advanced organisational skills, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced negotiation, influencing and advocacy skills.
  • Advanced research and analysis skills 
  • Unrestricted drivers’ licence
  • Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date)
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
