About the role
As Delivery Lead at Defence Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of critical projects and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Project & Business Delivery Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position is based in our modern office in South Melbourne.

What we're looking for

• No more than 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen
• Strong technical delivery experience
• Project management and delivery experience
• Documentation and reporting skills
• Conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven leadership and management skills (desirable)
