About the Role 

We are seeking an exceptional Data Scientist to join our team in Melbourne.

  • Design and implement advanced analytics outputs and services into concrete, actionable recommendations or solutions for business, process or product improvement
  • Design, build and maintain Data Science/AI products and other Data Science's best practices
  • Provide methodological advice and business recommendations relating to membership management, member engagement, benefit management, product portfolio and other aspects
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to embed advanced analytics capabilities in business processes and operational systems

About You

The successful candidate will have the following attributes: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Data Science, AI, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline
•    Minimum 3 years of Data Science experience
•    Demonstrated experience in AI models, Machine Learning algorithms, Statistical tests, data mining and other advanced analytics techniques
•    Proficiency in Python, R, SQL or other relevant data science programming languages
•    Extensive experience in ML Ops methodology
•    Experience in developing and maintaining AI & Data Science products
•    Experience in Azure cloud
•    Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Passion for leveraging data to drive business impact
