About the role

We are looking for someone on a 12-month contract to support and maintain legacy Microsoft Dynamics solution as the SME. More specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Provide level 2 application support to the business
  • Provide expert support for the Dynamics CRM platform and integrated data and third-party applications
  • Provide expertise on Dynamics data and reporting
  • Support solutions across the Microsoft technology stack including Microsoft 365, Sharepoint and Exchange.
  • Provide level 1 & 2 support for legacy health insurance and back office applications wherever needed
  • Liaise with third party vendors
  • Work with the Application Manager to plan, document and report on the daily operations
  • Work with Service Operations team to help build the procedures to support proactive Enterprise Monitoring solution
  • Create and maintain operational documentation such as guides and procedures as relevant.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this position, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

  • Ability to analyse systems and processes and specify changes to them.
  • Strong experience supporting or developing MS Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Capacity to understand and ability to manage systems to optimise usage of software in improving customer service and efficiency.
  • Ability to communicate with executives, staff and external parties.
  • Demonstrate the ability to express and present opinions and recommendations and convey information in a clear, concise and logical manner.
  • Ability to implement change with agreement and co-operation of staff and stakeholders.
