About the Role 

We are seeking a Ancillary Networks Manager to support our Commercial and Provider Relations team Defence Health. You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Accountability to design of strategies that improve Defence Health value propositions through partnerships with ancillary health providers.
  • Effective establishment and management of relationships with external health partners and service providers.

We are seeking someone to grow our dental network and is confident in creating and managing relationships with health providers. There will also be some travel involved.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Strategic thinking and strategy development
  • Stakeholder management
  • Significant experience in dealing with health providers.
  • Natural ability to build strong internal and external business relationships at all levels.
  • Strong contract management and governance skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Able to be agile in changing environments
