Who we’re looking for 
If you're an Administration expert with 5+ years’ experience, and have a love of supporting teams, an interest in running/planning events and working closely with other professionals, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!

As part of our Organisational Culture and Capability (OCC) team at Ringwood, Vic, EACH is looking for a fulltime Coordinator to provide administration support, coordinate and plan events and projects, administer aspects of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including our Learning Management System (LMS) and be the first point of contact for anyone with enquires for the OCC team.

What you’ll be doing 
This is a varied role and in any given day you might be utilizing your IT and administration skills supporting an OCC project, administering our Learning Management System (LMS) or providing support to our users, maintaining the internal OCC intranet page, setting up meetings, managing invoices all whilst building positive, customer focused relationships with staff and stakeholders.

Working with other passionate professionals within the OCC and the wider Human Resources Team you will be well supported and engaged.
